Ask the Manual: answers from your own documents
Staff ask a question in plain words. The answer comes only from the company's own manual, with the section quoted so anyone can check it. If the manual doesn't cover it, it says so and names who to ask.
This demo uses a made-up contractor, Northline Builders, and a sample manual we wrote (12 sections). It is not real safety, legal or HR advice.

What the real version does for your company
- Answers from your documents only: safety manual, SOPs, HR policy, price book, warranty terms. No guessing from the internet.
- Shows its source: every answer quotes the section it used, and the system checks each quote against your document before it is shown.
- Says “I don't know”: when the answer isn't in your documents, it says so and names the right person to ask.
- Where staff already are: a web page, text message, email or Microsoft Teams.
- A monthly question report: what staff asked most, and which questions your documents couldn't answer, so you know what to write down next.
It never makes legal, medical or HR rulings. It points to the document and the person.
Where the data goes
Answers are written by Anthropic's Claude model through our automation server (n8n, hosted in the United States, Virginia). Your documents are not used to train the model. In this demo we keep your question only in our system logs, to fix problems. Please don't type personal information. See our privacy page.
