Built and ready to set up

Get a yes or a no on every quote.

Most quotes don't get turned down. They just go quiet. Quote Chaser follows up politely, five times, until the customer answers. You get a short list each morning of who's ready to go.

Local to Edmonton. Month to month, no long contract.

The problem

You drive out, measure, price the job and send the quote. Then nothing. Maybe they picked someone else. Maybe they're busy. Maybe they're waiting for you to call.

Following up feels pushy and there's never time, so most quotes get one follow-up or none. If you pay for leads, every quote that goes quiet is money spent twice.

What it does

Five short, polite follow-ups in your name, spaced over five weeks. They stop the moment the customer replies.

  1. You send a quote

The way you do now: email, PDF, text, or an entry in a sheet.

  2. A 5-step follow-up starts

Day 2: "Any questions about the quote?" Day 5: a short reminder with one helpful detail. Day 10: "Should I hold your spot on the schedule?" Day 20: "Want me to adjust anything?" Day 35: a polite close-out, "Reply any time if you want to go ahead."

  3. It stops when they reply

No more messages the moment the customer answers.

  4. Replies are sorted

Yes, maybe later, price question, no, or wrong person.

  5. A morning digest for you

Every morning: who said yes, who has a question, who needs a call.

  6. Every "no" is logged

With the reason when they give one, so you learn why you lose.

What you approve

You approve anything important. Nothing goes out in your name until you've signed off on the wording.

  • The wording of all five messages.
  • Which quotes get chased (for example, only quotes over $1,000).
  • Any reply about price or scope comes to you. It never changes your price.

What you get each month

A one-page report:

  • Quotes sent and quotes followed up
  • Replies received, and how many said yes, no or later
  • Revived quotes won: quotes that had gone quiet for 7+ days, then said yes after a follow-up
  • Dollar value of the revived work
  • Most common reasons for "no"

Price

From $300 to $600 a month, plus 3 to 5% of revived quotes won

A "revived quote" is one that went quiet for 7 days or more, then said yes after a follow-up. You only pay the percentage on those.

Setup is quoted after the audit, based on the tools you use.

All prices in CAD. GST added if applicable. See all plans on the pricing page.

Questions people ask

I use Jobber. Doesn't it do this already?

Jobber has quote follow-ups built in. If you're using them, you may not need us. Quote Chaser is for businesses that quote from paper, Excel, email or text.

Won't five follow-ups annoy people?

They're spaced out over five weeks, short and polite, and stop the moment someone replies. Each one has an easy way to say "not interested".

Does it work for commercial cleaning bids?

Yes. Bids take longer to decide, so the timing is stretched to match (for example, over 8 weeks).

Who sends the messages?

They come from your email or business number, in your name.

Talk it through in 15 minutes

No pitch deck. Just your numbers. I'll tell you honestly if I can help.

Best for contractors and commercial cleaners.
