Instant Event Inquiry Reply

Send a sample inquiry to a made-up banquet hall and watch what happens: the reply, the alert the owner gets, three tour times and a calendar invite. It takes about a minute.

The venue, prices and calendar are all fictional. This page runs the steps on your device. Nothing is emailed or texted.

Everything is filled in so you can just press the button. Change anything you like. Leave the date or the guest count empty to see how it asks for one missing detail at a time.

Sample calendar: the hall is already booked on the first two Saturdays of every month.

Sample hall holds up to 300.

What happens next

Sample data. Times on the left are what the real system typically takes (about 2 minutes in total). This page runs through them in a few seconds.

    What just happened

    1. It read the inquiry

Event type, date and guest count, plus anything in the message.

    2. It checked the calendar

If the date was taken, it offered open dates instead of guessing.

    3. It asked for one thing at a time

If two details were missing, it asked for the first only, so the customer is not hit with a form.

    4. It offered three real tour times

From open slots on the calendar. A tour does not hold the event date.

    5. Anything important came to the owner

Discount requests and big or unusual events are not answered automatically. You approve them.

You approve anything important. In the real setup, you sign off on the reply wording, the packages and prices, and the tour times before anything goes out in your name.

This is part of Inquiry to Booking

The real version works on your website form and your email, with your packages, your calendar and your wording.
